Reply with quote | #1 | I just returned from a Pilgrimage to Lourdes, trying to ensure that every Guestbooker gets great seats to an Asia show and asking Our Lady to bring peace and tranquility to the GB. I decided to start a new thread emulating "Random Thoughts"where it is very difficult to go off topic. The only criteria, the post must be consciously dumb. That seems clear. Anyone who doesn't understand, can PM me. I tried to keep up a bit on the recent posts. Just a few questions. I remember a few ladies describing themselves as Rubenesque. Can anyone amplify? I mean, is Rubenesque the type of situation where a lady is walking down the street and her thighs clang together or is Rubenesque more Callipygianlike? A query for RTC,re Kayaking. If I was kayaking downstream while having impure thoughts, would Little Boz' head burst through the hood[?] resulting in the boat taking on water? Frigate! I mean Frig that! I could drown. __________________ Funbags Rule! |

Reply with quote | #3 | See, I think it was Boz and not Horace who was watching us in silence. How very Orwellian of you, Boz! Well, I am glad that you're back, even though you never really left us. (And if you did, you should have Lourdes holy water in a number of small containers that you could sell to us for a nominal fee.)
I'm Rubenesque, darlin', and I refer to myself as The Contadina. Imagine the lovely, dark-haired and curvaceous lady on the tomato sauce label. Yeah, that'd be me.

Reply with quote | #8 | Maryellen, do you think he means an oar made of WOOD???
Well then...how could he drown? Doesn't wood float? |

Reply with quote | #11 | All this talk of swimming upstream just compels me to think that Boz is a spawning salmon (albeit a spawning salmon with a wooden oar).
Drazen, you can PM me if you'd like to know about Denise. I'd rather not discuss it publicly if you don't mind. |

You might wonder if the Contadina makes her own wine: Yes, I wholly enjoy stomping grapes with my bare feet a la Lucille Ball and Vivienne Vance. |

Fyi, the technical term for moving a kayak or canoe through the water is "paddling." Let the double entendres commence! __________________ Ecce homo qui est faba.... |

Ugh...I'm suffering pre-cutie flashbacks of my kayaking trip. The combination of paddling (I don't have the upper body strength of a drummer) and rolling on the tides was totally sickening. Which is too bad because kayaking looks really neat.
Oops, that wasn't dumb enough. I'll try harder next time, so I will! |
