He could pass for one of my brothers, albeit an ugly brother. The Hawaiians were very pleased, especially the Irish Hawaiians. You might say there were a lot of Happy Hulahans on Oahu. __________________ Funbags Rule! |

Reply with quote | #71 | I looked up 3 Dog Night on Amazon to get a better look at the goys. I saw a DVD, "3 Dog Night Live with the Tennessee Symphony Orchestra." It blew me away. Never thought that Tennessee had a Symphony Orchestra. Of course, there was a tune called "The Tennessee Waltz." Probably written by Billy Joe Strauss or Ricky Lee Brahms. The Magnate told me that I look like Mick Box of Uriah Heep,so we can't be 3 Dog Night. Paulie can be Trevor Bolder. Lee Kerslake, the drummer retired last year. Maybe Dave McGrath can sit in when he gets out of jail. Steele, you can be Bernie Shaw, the singer. I never liked spinach, women who don't shave their armpits, disco, rap, [Notice,I didn't add the word,'Music'] George Bush or his Dad, the writer Tom Clancy,The Caveman sitcom but I loved the commercials, Muskrat but I love Beaver, The Boston Red Sox,Bruins,Celts,et al and people who back into parking spaces. I have never disliked an album cover. I even liked the Beatles "White Album." I believe some of The Genesis album covers are goofy and I have made fun of them for years. Bottom line,I dislike many things but never an album cover. Just my humble opinion. I have no problem with others disliking a specific album cover,so no PMs please, saying Boz, "You're a wacko." I love Roger Dean and his artwork. As I've stated in the past,I love his Surf Band, "Jan and Dean." Their touring band thru the 80s and 90s was better than "The Beach Boys." __________________ Funbags Rule! |

Reply with quote | #73 | Paul, did you have to bring up Boy George?
I remember Culture Club was popular at or around the same time as Asia. I couldn't stand that music.

Reply with quote | #74 | Boz, loved the breakdown... but to my dismay I must relinquish the role of Bernie Shaw to my friend and cohort Kev as I'm not very Kean on the task of changing hair color...

Reply with quote | #75 | I met Kev at Wettonfest. He probably doesn't remember me as Boz. I was introducing myself to everyone as Sole Survivor. Sole was very popular on the old Guestbook,so I figured I would use his name to meet a lot of girls. Little did I know that Sole was at Wettonfest,so when he introduced himself to me,I told him that I was Martin Darvill. Yea,Kev can be Bernie Shaw but why don't we impersonate Kiss. With the makeup,I will look a lot younger. Can a Goy pass himself off as Gene Simmons? BTW,I did Oprah today. Anyone out there ever do Oprah? __________________ Funbags Rule! |
