Truly newsworthy, non? Ha!!! We should have thought of it before and hit you up for the good, authentic sauce, KSW! Darn. Oh well, next year! Interesting game yesterday, glad it was not a blow-out. I was pretty skeptical after the first half, but I'm glad things picked up good in the 4th. And I won one of the workplace betting pools, too.
Sorry to hear about the wintery conditions back east there. As ELSTREE already said, we have sunny & somewhat warm conditions here currently in California. It's not supposed to be cloudy & rainy here until late this Thursday.

Reply with quote | #64 | I hope the roads are in better shape this morning! Keane is playing Bournemouth tonight and I don't want them to end up in a ditch. |

Reply with quote | #65 | I switched out of 4-wheel drive last night,as the main roads were clear, but turned into my drive, and nothing happened, I carried straight on. More snow overnight. Sunshine now,and it's very pretty, but we have a rehearsal 150 miles away, and to the north.
Keane will be okay,I'm sure.
Andie, the L'Oreal woman--isn't she a wearer of the flatter shoe? |

Reply with quote | #66 | Have a safe trip up to the rehearsal site. Hope the run-throughs are going well. Wish I could have an ear pressed against the outside door.

Reply with quote | #70 | An avid hiker? Must be tough in Birkenstocks! She's been married (to men) twice, but I don't suppose that necessarily means anything, does it? I mean, Elton John was married to a woman once! Andie is quite beautiful, though! __________________ "Love your life, perfect your life, beautify all things in your life...When you arise in the morning, give thanks for the food and for the joy of living. She lives in a quaint little town just north of me. Her favoring hiking makes sense as it lies in the foothills of the Appalachian's. Goddess, you're right about being married but in this case I think she's straight as an arrow. BUT...I could be wrong. |

My fault Johan...rtc mentioned that it was Groundhog Day yesterday...I mentioned that this winter has seemed like the movie of the same name. The payoff in the movie was that Bill Murray "got the girl" at the end who was played by Andie Macdowell. So my only justification for having to suffer through this winter is hoping that the universe rewards me with a visit from the afore mentioned Ms. Macdowell.....kinda sorry you asked now aren't ya? __________________ http://www.myspace.com/thescottcelaniband

Reply with quote | #74 | Johan, we got on the subject by way of the weather (how is the snow, BTW?), and because of Groundhog Day, a movie in which the (apparently) intrepid Miss Macdowell was featured. (see above post by emwhy, written at the same time!)
Speaking of the groundhog, the little creep saw his shadow - 6 more weeks of winter. I say we send him back in and ask for a second opinion.
