Good point,Im Guessing but i think Tony will probably play stick while John  plays Bass.As you probably know the UZ that played in the US last month had two drummers (pity Simon phillips wont be on this tour)so im sure there is room for two Bass players !!!!

They did 3 dates with two drummers,Simon Phillips and Marco Minneman,Trey Gunn on Warr guitar (stick/Bass)Greg Howe on Guitar (except NYC where Aussie Chris Robinson took over Guitar duties)The band played uk and UKZ tunes along with a couple of Mahavishnu tracks some of Eddies solo work and Larks tongue The band only had a couple of days to practice as the origional stick player Michael Bernier had to pull out due to ill health.Even so it was one of the best shows ive seen.Total mastery of the instrument by all concerned (Guitarist played the vocal line)The addition of JW will raise it up another level cant wait you planning on going ??? mahavishnu  mahavishnu

As you have seen, the dates are UZ,not UK. I am Special Guest, and am happy to be so, I'm looking forward to performing in Poland again.

With solo project next year, with Asia and new music next year, with King Crimson next year... You'll get a warm welcome no matter with which project or band you come...

And btw it seems you will be billed as UK30th anniversary as per what the tickets say (see: http://www.rockserwis.pl/serwis.do?menu=main&pid=110123&cat=12&mcat=12&l=1)

Whatever the name, see you in Warsaw, I'll try to be in row 1 as I was when Asia came around (the strange guy in a "The Police" t-shirt, in case anyone was in Stodola in April)

In the land of Solidarity, how appropriate such a reunion of sorts, takes place.

I am seeing mention of John with Crimson in '10 bantered about. Have I missed something and if so, my apologies for asking. Obviously, I am not pedaling fast enough to keep up with such news.
