How about Latin in Junior High? Language aside, that topic wasn't even known. Whew, snorting laughter commencing, toooo much!!!! __________________ Enjoy your day! |

Thanks, CT, but if you look at the bottom, it states "hole bone". If you reverse that--not gonna go there per my incoming head cold. Never know what will come out. Besides, we're on Sierra's thread. __________________ Enjoy your day! |

Johan, was expanding the use of "Latin"
......I was expanding the knowledge of fine Italian cuisine.........can't take credit for writing that "Wiki" definition......
I agree......Sierra's grade (an "A" I'm convinced) will make ALL this "talk" fade away..... |

Thanks, CT, sucking on Ricolas. Get the Alpine horn out. And to shift gears, I turned on VH1 Classics yesterday to watch Queen at Wembly. (Chris, this will sound familiar.) But then again today it was on. I always find the hands clapping in the air in perfect unison to "Radio Gaga" mind blowing. Especially when they did Live Aide, it was around the world unison. If music can connect, regardless of countries, why can't the world leaders catch on? Which brings up, John, what is the rush like when you sing out and the crowd echoes back, and it goes on and on. Must be beyond awesome having that huge connection. Oh, no correct smiley face; how about a get-my-drift grin. __________________ Enjoy your day! |

Reply with quote | #37 | The results are in.....Sierra scored an 87% (B+) for her work on "My Own Time." Sierra's teacher was highly impressed that Sierra was able to ask her subject "Johan" direct questions! However, her teacher felt that some of the questions were not pertinent to the report--the questions and answers meant a lot to Sierra. To a 13 year old a person's favorite color is very important!!! Sierra will now attempt to transfer her report to a CD and then it shall be forwarded on to Johan. This was her 1st web based book report and she enjoyed all aspects of bringing sound, images, and writing together. I have not seen the web page, it's only for use in the classroom, but Sierra says it's really cool! Johan, Thank You for your input--you're an "A+" in our grade book!!!

So VERY cool. I've been waiting to hear about this! Excellent work, Sierra! I guess a question about Sir Wetton's opinion of "capris/manpris/Carlpris" would've been irrelevant too, eh? __________________ + Wake at dawn with a winged heart and give thanks for another day of loving. Nice!!! B+ is an excellent grade!!! However.............the "teacher" in my book, wouldn't score as good a grade, since she didn't state clearly, what exactly would have been "pertinent" questions to ask Johan.......? I've also been wondering how this all turned out for Sierra.....nice to hear an update! |

CT--same thoughts about the teacher. Super grade of a B+, Sierra. But you know you got an "A" for the clever way you got the info, oh so sweet. __________________ Enjoy your day! |
